Terms of Service

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. One account can buy, sell, or both. You must provide accurate information and be eligible to form a binding contract.

When you commission a creator, your payment is held in escrow by the marketplace. Funds are released to the creator when you accept the delivery, or automatically after the acceptance window if you take no action. If an order is canceled before delivery, the held funds are returned to your balance.

Buyers fund a marketplace balance to commission work. Creators receive released earnings in a withdrawable balance and can withdraw to a supported crypto asset. The marketplace keeps an internal ledger as the source of truth for every balance change.

Do not post content you do not have the rights to, attempt to move payments off the marketplace, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Reviews must reflect genuine orders.

Anyone can report a listing, user, order, or message. We may remove content, issue strikes, or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Withdrawal of funds may be paused while a report is reviewed.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The version date above changes when the terms change.
